I'M GONNA MARRY THE NIGHT,
I WON'T GIVE UP ON MY LIFE,
AFFILIATION: Moon Clan
GONNA MAKE LOVE TO THE STARS,
PERSONALITY:One the surface, Ten comes off as a somewhat charming, sneaky teenager. Trouble always follows him around and he even seems to enjoy it when it inconveniences him. He loves things that are fun more than anything else and he puts on a face like nothing affects him. And to a certain extent, his ability erases any kind of opposition he might have so Ten thinks of himself as untouchable.LIKES: + birds + junk food + music
Still, he's still a kid with no one really around him anymore. No one really ever managed to teach him anything anyways, it was impossible to control a child who could force someone to change their mind just by talking. He's a bit lonely because of it all and spends a lot of time playing around with other people because he has the mindset that no one would ever befriend someone who can more or less control their mind. Alone, he's sullen and more irritable. It takes a lot of energy to pretend like things are fine- they really aren't but he's made up his mind to continue like this.
For a kid, he's smart enough but impulsivity makes him fall into a lot of idiotic situations. He thinks he's invincible but he's awfully scared of dying anyways, despite everything he says. He only has one life and he's still clearheaded enough to realize that much so he selfishly does everything for himself and tries not to feel too bad about it.
DISLIKES: - dogs - cooking - fussy adults
I'M NOT GONNA CRY ANYMORE,
HISTORY:Numerically speaking, it can't be too many years since his parents disappeared- if he was only sixteen and he could remember passing birthdays with his parents.... well. That didn't really matter. It wasn't like they were coming back. He was old enough to take care of himself anyways, he didn't need parents, it wasn't like he missed them at all.Everyone else believed it when he said it so eventually it would settle in, right? It was supposed to, at least. Everyone else accepted it so easily.FAMILY:
It wasn't like he didn't understand. The kind of ability he had turned him into sort of a spoiled child- and he abused the shit out of it, as long as it made things easier for himself. It didn't even hurt people, they all thought it was their own choice anyways and there was no point in being truthful as long as people thought he was right.
He's just trying to enjoy however long he has left, what with wars and conflict everywhere and all. He feels as if he's too young to have to be stuck in this situation but Ten's having fun with it anyways. Its more than he thought he'd have at least, since he's the traitor who didn't disappear with his parents.
Siren Song: Persuasion through SoundThings that Ten say out loud always seem to happen. His suggestions always seem like good ideas and everyone who hear his words feel a strong urge to carry out whatever he said. Of course, it only works within physical limitations and something that's impossible won't have the same effect as something that's easily done. The louder the words are, the more compelling they are. If it's woven into a song, its twice as persuasive.WEAPONS:
Pretty much everything he says sounds true. While this only works within the limits of reality, even borderline impossible things become totally believable when Ten talks about them. He's become sort of a habitual liar because of this- but no one realizes because they can't tell. Even while telling conflicting stories, anyone who hears will just sort of accept it as fact anyways.
A set of six knives, balanced for throwing. Ten typically has one or two strapped to his arms, in case of emergency.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:The rough griminess of downtown was the main allure for Ten, with the thin haze of dust that misted over everything and the vague sense of malice that hung over the place. He enjoyed it, for the most part, though Republic City as a whole was never one of his favorite places- he'd traveled too much for it to be, even if he was born and raised in it's darkness. Between the walls and buildings lay a quiet kind of shadow, not just the spirits that roamed through the streets at night but the few people who were brave enough- or desperate enough- to crawl through the maze, and Ten, being one of the more idiotic ones, liked to join them on the crude sort of hunt.
He ran a lot, these days, aimlessly almost but also to update his layout of the city. It'd be a month or two since he arrived back in the city on his explorations and enough streets had changed that he had to remap it, so every time insomnia or any other kind of restlessness hit he'd go run, through alleys, across roofs and bridges, to anywhere unfamiliar. Of course, part of it was to make sure he still could, from any injuries he'd sustained, between the bruises and scrapes and burns. Besides the occasional pains, he was mostly okay- no, even now there was an unfamiliar shortness of breath and tiny pricks of pain around his torso from the twisted healing of his ribs. He should count himself lucky, Ten supposed, no punctured lungs, no permanent internal damage, all in all, technically speaking, he was okay.
Still, he found himself having to take more breaks in between jumps and climbs, having to pause between alleys to just catch his breath that still rasped uncomfortably against the fading bruises around his neck. It was irritating, that thought, that he was broken now, even the strange hobby of free-running was more painful than it was fun, stealing became more of a job than something he wanted to do, just... somehow again, things started to turn the way he didn't want them to. Again, again. There was that feeling of dread again, that things would spin faster and faster until he couldn't keep control over it again and then it'd all come crashing down, that carefully built fortress of himself.
A quiet mutter of pain dropped from his mouth as he missed a jump and the landing twisted his foot around. The quiet string of curses that he mumbled in response were muffled mostly and with a quick glance around, Ten figured a mostly abandoned parking lot was as good of a break stop he could find so he rolled over into a distant corner for a brief breather, going over the various bandages that still were tightly around barely healed wounds. Carding a hand through the tangled mess of red hair, he looked around warily for any unwelcome guests- or rather, he was more the unwelcome guest here.- - - - - - - - - -
